Shopping list
75g soft butter
75g caster sugar
½ free-range organic egg (M)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
125g Zeeland flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
icing sugar, for sprinkling
coloured fondant icing

Don't look at the shopping list above, we already made the dough yesterday! We just have to fetch it out of the refrigerator. So convenient, we'll be done in no time!

How to make mini daisies

Grab the dough from the fridge.

Cut out little daisies.

Cut out little butterflies too.

Slide the tray into the fridge.

Let the little biscuits cool again for 15 minutes

Verwarm de oven voor tot 175°C

Bake the biscuits in 8-10 minutes golden.

Let cool on the baking tray for 5 minutes.

Then move the biscuits to a wire rack.

While the biscuits cool completly you can cut out the fondant icing already

Cut out the litlle daisies.

Cut out little yellow circles.

Stick the icing on the biscuits.

Stick the circles on the icing.

Press the stripes in the flower petals.

Stick every colour icing you have on the butterflies.
