For the Sunday a recipe from the Sainsbury's Magazine for pork skewers with rice. We also eat a radish salsa with it, the recipe of which will be on snazzie tomorrow. We start early with marinating the pork, so that the flavors have plenty of time to blend. The salsa is quickly made tomorrow! Would you like a sauce on the side? Here is the recipe for a spicy peanut sauce!
How to make marinated pork skewers
Start by making the marinade
Put oil and soy in a large bowl.
Add the balsamic and the pepper.
Cut and press onion and garlic.
Grate the fresh ginger.
Stir firmly together to combine.

Soak the skewers in cold water.
Allow the pork to marinate for at least 2 hours
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet
Lace the pork on the skewers.
Heat the frying pan.
Grill the skewers +/- 3 minutes on each side.
The rice is ready.
