tuna, can, 200 ml
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ red onion, chopped
½ a red onion, cut into thin rings
sea salt & pepper
2 - 4 whole wheat sandwiches
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 tomato, sliced
½ cucumber, sliced

How to make the tuna salad
Wash and dry the vegetables and the apple.
Cut the vegetables and the apple into thin slices.
Stir mayo, ketchup, oil and chopped onion in to the tuna.
Season the tuna salad with ground pepper and sea salt.
Dress the sandwiches
Take 2 whole wheat slices of bread.
Place some lettuce on top.
Spoon tuna salad on top.
Finaly top with apple slices and onion rings.
Cover the sandwich with a second slice of bread.
Serve the sandwich with cucumber and tomato slices and season optional with sea salt & pepper.
