180g milk chocolate
3dl milk
a dash of cinnamon
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
The best chocolate milk ever you easily make yourself. Do as the French do, this Sunday make a decadent breakfast for two. But whenever, this chocolate milk always tastes über-delicious!
How to make French Lait au Chocolat
Break the chcocolate and melt it au bain marie.
Warm the milk and stir the vanilla extract in.
Also add the cinnamon and stir it in.
Stir the by now melted chocolate smooth.
Add the milk while whisking to the chocolate then slowly heat the milk on a low heat.
Together with a warm Danone croissant and some jam the hot chocolate tastes even better!
