Our Sinterklaas surprise for school will be a snap game and the present will also be a snap game. Which was requested in the raffle and we thought it a very cool Snap Game. We make our surprise cards extra large (10x15 cm) and we have photographed our Sinterklaas crafts.
Then you do need a printer, but you can also draw your own cards and use a different size, if you like Also you need adult help with the knife! But then it will be a super fun and personal surprise. Because with this surprise you can really play Snap ;))
How to make a Sinterklaas Snap Game
Print the 8 times 4 pictures and set aside.
Draw strips of cardboard using a pencil and ruler.
Cut of the strips and divide them into 32 cards.
When the cards are ready we make a template.
Cut a piece of cardboard to measure a foto.
Cut a piece of cardboard in the right size.
Use it to trace a thin line around the picture.
Cut out the pictures neatly.
Draw a thin support line again.
Stick the photo's on the cardboard.
Let the glue dry completely!
Now you have completed the 8 quartets and this is how you make the snap game box
We drew a box for you, download the template and print it.
Draw the pattern on a sheet of yellow cardboard.
Cut the box out using a stanley knife (cutting by an adult!).
Score the lines using closed scissors and fold them.
Glue the box together and let the glue dry completely.
Slide the thick cardboard box in, it will strengthen your box.
Print the A4 photo to stick on the box, you can also download it.
Stick the picture on the front of the box.
Press the photo on using a clean cloth.
Collect all the Snap Game cards.
Wrap the surprise cards and your present too.
Hide both games in the box and include some traditional kruidnootjes.
We wish all of you a Happy Sinterklaas Celebration at school!
