scissors
glue stick
adhesive tape
Today Advent begins and we fold the star that then appeared in the sky and that was later seen by the three Kings. It is not a difficult folding job at all, but the neater you cut and fold, the more beautiful your star will be. Today is no sunny day, when the sun shines the star lights up beautifully. But today you can see very well how the star was folded ;)
How to fold the star
Use paper of 16x16 cm.
Fold it in fours.
Cut the sheet into 4 pieces.
Fold the quarters in half.
Put two of the parts away, you only need two parts.
Cut the two parts in halves.
Also cut 2 sheets of 16x16cm in halves.
First fold the large pieces in halves.
Fold the 4 points to the middle line.
Fold the bottom points to the middle line.
Fold 4 large and 4 smaller points of the star.
Stick the loose flaps in place, on all 8 of the points.
Now that the 8 points are ready you stick the star together
Place the 3th large one tight, stick a little one on and keep going on.
Find the Advent star a nice spot on your window and hope that the sun will shine!
