180 grams Tony's chocolate, dark
Christmas sprinkles
Mini marshmallows
wooden ice cream sticks

We are making more Christmas presents, chocolate stirrers, for everyone who comes over for Christmas, for schoolmates and also a few for ourselves ;)) These chocolate stirrers are handy and they taste very yummie, when you stir them in hot milk until they melt. Who doesn't like hot chocolate with mini-marshmallows or sprinkles!
How to make the chocolate stirrers
Chop the chocolate finely.
Put it into a fire proof jug.
Bring a layer of water to the boil.
Melt the chocolate above it.
Do mind that the water can not reach the bottom of the jug and allow the chocolate to cool for 10 minutes
Spray the moulds.with baking.
Stir the chocolate for a moment.
Pour the chocolate into the molds.
Place the stick into the middle.
Sprinkle with toppings.
Slide molds over the sticks.
Let the chocolate set and cool.
Instead of the molds you can keep the sticks upright even better with clothes pegs on the sticks
Wrap the stirring sticks and tie a string on in top.
Keep the stirring sticks in the refrigerator until needed
With the mushrooms on them, the Christmas presents turned out really pretty!
