On a cool November day we go to Trompenburg Gardens, in search of special mushrooms. Not to pick them of course, but to study them up close. Our little monster loves mushrooms and today he is looking for a very special mushroom! A mushroom that emits a cloud of dust when you tap it gently. We are very curious!
We've only just arrived and we already see the most beautiful mushrooms! But are not the mushroom that Puk is looking for. He agrees to take a picture of them for the snazzie readers, Because they are beautiful but not the most special. Okay, that's possible, then we'll continue looking! Come on guys! Puk calls.
We can't complain there are no mushrooms here! Sometimes you have to look closely, but then you see a lot. They stand together in groups and bites have been taken from some of the mushrooms. Apparently the animals that live in Trompenburg Gardens find them very tasty.
We have already walked a long way and it is getting colder outside, we really want to go home. But Puk doesn't give up! Of course it is the very last mushroom we see. Puk looks for a twig and gently taps the mushroom. Is there a cloud coming out? Sure! Puk's day can't get any better, now we're going home quickly, it's already getting dark!
We picked up some beautiful coloured autumn leaves during the mushroom search. That is allowed, but with the question to also leaving something for someone else. Of course we do! That is not difficult at all because the ground is littered with them. What a wonderful afternoon we had again!
