Today we are making a laurel wreath like the ancient Greeks gave to the winners of the Olympic Games or with which Julius Caesar is often depicted. We draw a bay leaf on a thick piece of cardboard and cut it out. Now all we have to do is trace this leaf. Easy Peasy say the mini monsters ;))
How to make a laurel wreath
Trace the template of the laurel leaf many times
Neatly cut out all the grey-green leaves.
Draw 2 strips on the dark-green cardboard.
Cut out the strips and measure them around your head.
Brush glue on the strip.
Stick on the leaves.
Stick on a second row of leaves.
Cover the second strip with leaves in the same way and stick them together, to the size of your head
Let the glue dry thoroughly before putting the wreath on your head.
The wreath fits perfectly!
Because our winner is Bear and he is already wearing his toga!
