Today it is Eid al Fitr and we want to make some last minute decorations. We have the illuminated mosque from last year and the lanterns from the year before, but it is still a bit sober, for our friends. That's why we cozily make a pretty garland together, which is quickly ready with the many helping hands. We place some candles here and there and it starts to look more beautiful already!
How to make an Eid al Fitr garland
Punch out circles, purple and gold.
Draw stars on gold cardboard.
Cut out the stars.
Prik holes into the circles.
Stick the stars on the circles.
Tie a loop in the thread
Thread on felts balls and circles.
First insert the needle from top to bottom through the circles and then from bottom to top, thread balls in between after your own idea
Tie another loop at the end, as you did at the beginning.
Give your Eid al Fitr garland in a nice place in the room.
We wish everyone a beautiful Eid al Fitr!
