100g Tony'sdark chocolate
50g Tony's milk chocolate
decoration sprinkles
lollipop sticks
These chocolate stirrers are a cozy winter gift. Place the stirrer in a large cup, add hot milk and keep stirring. You've quickly made a lovely cup of hot chocolate.
How to make the chocolate stirrers
Chop the dark and the milk chocolate in small pieces.
First melt the dark chocolate, au bain marie.
Grease two small pots with oil or baking spray.
Pour the melted dark chocolate through a funnel in the pots.
Fold a paper case in half and give it a snip.
When the dark chocolate is nearly set pour milk chocolate on top.
Spread decoration sprinkles on the hot milk chocolate.
We also sprinkle on some sugar hearts.
Insert the sticks in the middle of the pots.
Slide the cases on the sticks so they stay upright.
Place the stirrers in the fridge for a couple of hours, to set.
Cut around the edge then gently pull the chocolate from the pots.
Place the stirrers on a pretty plate or wrap them in transparent foil.
