1 sachet vanilla sugar
2 free range organic eggs (room temperature)
3 tablespoons milk (room temperature)
125g self-raising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa + 2 tablespoons milk
250 ml double cream + 2 tablespoons sugar

It is lovely weather today, it's nice and warm outside in the sunshine! We're going to have a Teddybear Tea Party later, in the garden. But first we are going to bake cupcakes with whipped cream and strawberries, we celebrate summer!

With a large apron, the party dresses are already on, Madelief beats cream with sugar.
Eefje and the cupcakes are ready as Madelief transfers the cream into a disposable piping bag.

The ladies are happy, the cupcakes are almost ready, the last Smarties are added.
There are also strawberries and cream and mini toast with jam.
We are finally ready to go outside!

Eefje pours the (luke warm) tea, Teddy is well taken care of!
It was a beary-funfilled picnic. And Teddy? He was very pleased too!
