Only storm and rain it was this week but when we are outside we find lots of blown off twigs. The mini-monsters pick up lots of them. Just like Pigasso and Mootisse - in yesterday's book choice - we at Snazzie like painting very much too. So back home we cut the branches and twigs smaller and then we are going to paint them!
If you'd like to paint nice straigt lines you can cover the twigs in tape.
To get the colours deep and pretty you have to paint two or three times.
Some prefer hand painting without taping off and one layer of paint is enough!
Allow the paint to dry well before you start with a new colour.
The twigs turn out very different but colourful, super cute!
We also have a lady bug, a tree snake, a zebra and a giraffe.
Everybody is happy with the results, that's what we like best.
