pencil and ruler
piece of white cardboard
pipe cleaner
round bead
small (iron) beads
wiggly eyes
black felt-tip pen
glue stick
hobby glue
We'll make a funny robot for Dad, to surprise him with on Father's Day. Nice cutting and pasting with the mini-monsters, they like to participate because they think the example robot is beautiful! Let the kids stick the cardboard with the glue stick, but stick the beads with hobby glue.
How to make a this robot
Trace the loose parts on cardboard.
Cut out the parts neatly.
Thus the robot is complete.
Stick all the parts together.
Allow the glue to dry completely
Stick white carboard on the belly.
Stick on eyes and beads using hobby glue.
Stick the antenna on the head.
Stick a bead on the piece of pipecleaner, as a light
Draw a mouth and stripes on the robot.
Write a nice message to your Dad or stick on a picture.
