We are making a birthday crown for a big bear boy who loves space and the Universe. Everything that has to do with space interests him, so it was not difficult for us to come up with a birthday theme for the crown.
How to make the Birthday Crown
Download the pattern, print it and cut it out
Pin the pattern onto the felt.
Cut out the crown a little larger.
Pin the pattern onto the 2nd colour.
Cut out another crown but now axactly.
Place strings of wool on the crown.
Needle felt little yellow dots, the stars.
Firstly roll the balls.
Fasten them by pricking.
Prick a large beige circle.
Prick on thin strands of grey wool
Place the crowns together, the felted one on top.
Pin the crowns together, the ribbon in between.
Sew the crown all around with more or less the same blanket stitches.
