250 grams of jelly sugar

Sealable, sterilized jars

Soon it will be Mother's Day again and today we're already making a delicious fruit compote, with frozen raspberries and fresh blueberries. Add jelly sugar and then it's ready quickly.

How to make raspberry-blueberry compote

Put fruit and sugar in a pan.

Stir it together.

Bring the mixture to the boil.

Let it cook for 3 minutes.

Pour the compote into a sterelized jar, seal the jar and let the compote cool

Place the compote in the fridge to set.

The raspberry-blue berry compote is ready to eat!
