an organic red cabbage
1-2 apples
little outing
2 cloves
1 tablespoon cane sugar

We eat beef stew with red cabbage, which is perfect for this freezing weekend. Grandma made the best beef stew, with beef that fell apart into threads when it was scooped out of the pan. We all have fond memories of that!
Her recipe came from her grandmother, it will be so nice to pass it on to the little monsters. But not now, they eat pancakes because they abhor beef stew and red cabbage. But later, when they are much older ;))
