What do you need?
coloured sheets kite paper, of 15x15 cm
a glue stick
After photo 2 fold diagonally again, then fold in exactly the same way!
Now that spring is coming, our windows could use a boost! If we can make our windows more cheerful together with the little monsters, even more fun. We immediately grab our kite paper block and a glue stick, so we can immediately start folding after school (after tea of course!). The little ones fold the tulips and we fold the stems, a good division of this fun job!
How to make the tulips
Fold from bottom to top.
Fold from left to right.
Fold left and right halfway up.
Glue the sides, if you wish.
Turn the tulip and fold 3 points.
Glue the points and press them firmly.
Let the glue dry a minute.
Fold the sheet upwards.
Fold the sheet open.
Fold right against the middle.
Fold left against the middle line too.
Fold both top sides to the middle.
Fold both bottom sides to the middle.
Fold the creases sharply again.
Fold the bottom point upwards.
Fold the stem in half vertically.
Gently fold the inner point a little bit out.
You can use the stem on both sides.
Stick the tulip on the stem.
Fold more stems.
Fold more tulips too, in various colours.
Stick the tulips on the window with some glue or a small piece of tape.
Happy Spring!
