1 large cucumber, thinly sliced
60 ml apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper

Today we make fresh sweet & sour cucumber, because tomorrow we want to eat fish fillet burgers. The burgers taste even better with these quick sweet and sour cucumbers. If we make them today, the flavors can blend really well and they will be extra tasty tomorrow. Especially if we put the cucumbers in the refrigerator overnight.

Wash the cucumber thorouhgly.

Slice the cucumber with the skin thinly.

Mix the sugar with 60ml van de azijn.

Stir the sea salt and the pepper into the vinegar.

Pour the remaining vinergar over the cucumber and stir it in.

Put the cucumber overnight in the refrigerator
