500g wheat flour
8g fast action yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
50g butter, melted
250ml warm water
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 tablespoon sunflower oil, to grease
2 tablespoons milk, to brush
For Ketikoti this year, we are baking delicious rolls that are often eaten in the Antilles. The rolls are not difficult to make, they  just require a little patience, as they need to rise twice. But the result is a truly tasty roll!

We are making it into a delicious, healthy roll with cheese, lettuce, and tomato. But you can put whatever you like on it; a hamburger? Yes, that works too. Chicken Curry? Absolutely. With butter and jam? Of course! The rolls are delicious even without toppings.

Here's how you make Antillean Pan Sera rolls
Sift the flour into a large bowl.
Add yeast and sugar and stir it.
Make a well in the middle.
Pour the melted butter into the well.
Add half of the water to the bowl, and knead it in.
Add the remaining water gradually, then the salt and knead to combine.
Lightly grease a large bowl with some sunflower oil.
Shape the dough into a flat ball and cover the bowl.
Let the dough rise like this for about 30 minutes.
Cover the baking tray in waxed paper and sprinkle with flour.
The risen dough should almost fill the large bowl
How to make the Pan Sera Rolls

Divide the dough into 10 approximately equal pieces
Knead the dough briefly, form into balls, and roll flat to a thickness of 2 cm.
Let the balls rise for another hour in a cold oven, prick in holes and brush with milk.
Preheat the oven to 200°C and bake the rolls for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove the Pan Sera rolls from the oven when nicely golden brown and leave them on the tray for 5 minutes
Allow the rolls to cool completely on a wire rack.
Now all you have to do  is consider what to put on your roll :)))
Wishing you a happy day!
