We bake a turban (bundt cake) with a dash of cinnamon for Epiphany. With tea or coffee a piece of cake always tastes good. Because we want to give the turban (headgear of an Eastern King) a royal touch, we add whipped cream and decorate the cake with mandarin segments. Do you already see it on the head of a King? ;)) Hiding a traditional bean in the turban is allowed, but not necessary, it's up to you ;)
