We bake a turban (bundt cake) with a dash of cinnamon for Epiphany. With tea or coffee a piece of cake always tastes good. Because we want to give the turban (headgear of an Eastern King) a royal touch, we add whipped cream and decorate the cake with mandarin segments. Do you already see it on the head of a King? ;)) Hiding a traditional bean in the turban is allowed, but not necessary, it's up to you ;)
How to make an Epiphany cake (turban)
Mix the butter and sugar for 10 minutes.
Beat the mixture until it looks pale and creamy.
Beat the eggs one by one into the butter mixture.
Beat the vanilla extract briefly into the mixture.
