1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon caster sugar
4 tablespoons very strong, hot black instant or filter coffee
150 ml whole milk
Grated chocolate
Optional: sweetened whipped cream
With groceries already expensive, a cup of coffee at Starbucks is quite pricey. Homemade coffee might not be as hip and cool, but it's just as delicious. A Caffé Mocha is quickly made, even faster if you have a milk frother.
How to make your own Caffé Mocha
Grate the chocolate in advance.
Mix the cocoa with the sugar.
Pour the milk into the milk frother.
Turn it on, froth the milk.
Meanwhile make a stong espresso.
Pour the coffee into a large glass.
Tilt the glass and slowly pour in the milk.
Sprinkle grated chocolate on top of your Caffé Mocha.
If you use whipped cream on your coffee, sprinkle the grated chocolate last.
Serve the Caffé Mocha immediateley and stir well before drinking, enjoy!
