British author Julia Hubery wrote The Mouse Family Celebrates Christmas, a sweet picture book and it is all in rhyme. The mouse family in the book does everything that we do during Christmas.

The book is beautifully illustrated by British illustrator Victoria Ball and full of Christmas cheer. Endearing illustrations of little mice having fun together, very cute! This book is one of our 'oldies' but it is still read aloud with pleasure, every year. The rhymes in the book are not exactly brilliant, but the Christmas coziness that the book radiates more than makes up for that!
