Robber, who desperately wants to be a pirate, sits in jail with a beard! A beard is part of being a pirate, Robber thinks, but what else do pirates need? Water, of course—well, Robber can certainly provide that, and a boat, that's a little trickier! In no time, chaos returns to the city, and cop is back on the hunt, this time for pirate Boef-baard!
