One of our little monsters heard in class that Dav Pilkey's Dog Man books are so very funny, he wanted to read one too. We are always glad when the kids want to read, so up to the library. There we immediately found part 1, Dog Man and this part 2, Dog Man Unleashed. In Part 2 dinosaurs appear as well and that's even better of course!
Back home, our little monster immediately chrashed on the couch, reading part 1 himself and soon he was laughing out loud. The books are actually written like comic books and the kids here like that very much too.
Very soon we could go back to the library again, looking for more Dog Man books. In this case it's fortunate that there are 14 titles. You fly through them. But a nice bonus with these books is the monsters read them again and again and they will still be laughing out loud!
