It's Christmas break, so we're practicing reading, no whining about not wanting to read today, because we're reading Dog Man by Dav Pilkey. The absurd stories of Dog Man are very popular here, just like throughout the Netherlands and Flanders! This is part 12 that we are reading, so we've already read a lot of these books.

The Dog Man books  remain hilarious thanks to the many puns and (in true Rotterdam style) the "underpants fun." But that's okay, at least we're getting some good practice in and lots of laughs along the way ;))) Very cleverly written by Dav pilkey!

In this hilarious adventure, Dog Man is doused with the not-so-pleasant scent of a skunk. No problem! Dog Man dives into a bath of tomato ketchup, the foul stench is gone, but Dog Man is bright red from head to toe! That red won't go away easily, so everyone avoids him. Who wants to help him now take on an army of nasty robots unleashed by an evil villain? An hilarious and exciting story!
