Under the Christmas tree our little monsters found this beautiful picture book called A Christmas Delivery, written by British author Andy Shepherd. He's already written a series of six books about how to grow dragons. But a Christmas picture book is something our little monsters still love, and they love dragons too. So we thought it would make an excellent gift. Unfortunately, it turned out differently than we anticipated.
The monsters didn't really like the story, and they weren't thrilled with Sarah Warburton's illustrations either. A disappointment, but unfortunately, we can't return the book. We'll wait and see if it will be read again and if it doesn't, the Reading Room will be happy with it; so it'll still end up in a good place!
