Earth Day is soon coming up soon again, a good reason to take another look at what we can find about it in the library. The book going home with us has a different perspective than previous books. It states clearly what the problems now and in the future may be if we do not change our ways.

So the book asks something of you but it also tells you what you can do to help, together with others. A fun way to involve children directly in the issue. The first chapter discusses Sustainability Day and the activities held on that day; many schools also participate.

This book is about living and working together, participating and making a difference together. What is the Netherlands doing about this, and what are we and you doing? Because if everyone pitches in, we can achieve something good. And the funny thing is, it does not have to big or difficult immediately,  just little things you might not even pay attention to. But everyone doing a little makes a lot, if we all do our part.

What a good feeling that gives: all of us together against litter and for the animals and nature! At the back of the book, there are tips and pointers if you want to know (even) more. An important little book for everyone!
