1 avocado
75 ml yogurt
125 ml milk
2 teaspoons vanilla sugar
½ lime, juice and zest
sprig of mint
A fresh smoothie with a cute colour tastes extra good after all the december sweetness, but not for the mini-monsters. They don't like the flavors of avocado, lime and mint! So a smoothie for a lovely mummy moment ;))
Here is how you make an avocado smoothie
Scoop out an avocado, into the blender.
Squeeze and grate the lime then add it.
Cut the mint leaves finely then add it.
Finally add the milk and the yogurt.
Blend until smooth.
Delicious and healthy!
