2 bagels
200g fresh mackerel fillet
50g mayonnaise
50g pickles
1/2 a lemon
sea salt and freshly ground pepper
Optional: mixed lettuce
We love to eat a delicious Dutch mackerel sandwich for lunch! The fish shop is at the end of the street, so you can quickly walk in. We toast the bagels and fifteen minutes later your delicious sandwich is ready!
How to make a bagel with fresh mackerel salad
Cut the bagels in half.
Grill them in a toaster.
Chop the pickles finely.
Loosen the mackerel.
Put it in a bowl with the mayonnaise.
Add the pickles to it.
Pour in the lemon juice.
Put some mixed lettuce on your bagel.
Salad on top with some dille and your bagel is ready!
