- 300 gram raspberries, blueberries and blackberries
- 1 apple
- 200ml semi-skimmed milk
- 150g fat-free yogurt
- 25g porridge oats
- 10g flaked almonds

How to make a berry / apple / crumble smoothie
Peel and core the apple, then cut it into thin slices.
Place the apple in the blender and add the almonds.
Add all the berries and the porridge oats.
Finaly add the milk and the yogurt.
Blend until all is combined.
