a pencil
a ruler
hobby glue
a gold felt-tip pen
We make a craft for the Eid Al Fitr fest, a star-shaped 3D gift box. You can decorate the box with a gold felt-tip pen and fill it with candy. The boxes are not difficult to make. But it is not a craft for the youngest mini-monsters, they make a beautiful star garland. ;)) It's fun for the older mini monsters! We also make 3D stars in miniature, we'll show you how to do that next time, on snazzie.
How to make a 3D star-shaped gift box
Download and print the template on PDF
Cut out the pattern.
Trace the pattern on cardstock.
Cut out the box.
Draw star-stripes on the inside.
Score the lines of the star.
Stick the box together.
Let the glue dry well then score the smooth side.
Push the space between the points gently inward.
Decorate your box with gold and fill it with candies.
