Een dief in het badhuis

Today we're reading a book about children who lived in Roman times. Their lives weren't always so fun and easy, but they were certainly exciting. Many children were sold into slavery, and they had to work hard!

This story—about a thief in the bathhouse—was written by Dutch author Floortje Zwigtman. It's a funny, fun, and exciting story. It offers a wonderful glimpse into the past and what it was like for children. At the front of the book, you'll find facts about life back then. The wonderful illustrations are by Andrea Kruis, a well-known Dutch illustrator; be sure to check out her other work as well.
