In 2016, we were pleasantly surprised by the exhibition 'For Audrey with love' and the accompanying book. An exhibition about fashion designed by French Top couturier Hubert de Givenchy for actrice Audrey Hepburn.
The book is made by Philip Hopman, we know him from the Jubelientje and Boer Boris books, Ot the about 200 other books he has illustrated ;) The little listeners and we are fans of the artwork of Philip Hofman!
In this book he outdoes himself, in our opinion. The atmosphere of the Paris Haute Couture life as well as the lifelong friendship between a designer and his model are so beautifully depicted. A book to love!
