What do you need?
six empty plastic bottles
a permanent felt pen
acrylic primer (Gesso)
acrylic paint + paint brush
a ball
lot of water
Today it is Mind-the-girls-day, later on they come to play. The weather is really warm so staying inside crafting does not do, we make a game to play outside in advance.
Draw on the bottles with felt pen.
Cover the bottles thinly in primer.
Mix fun colours with acrylic paint.
Colour the drawings with paint.
Allow the paint to dry thoroughly.
Coat with varnish, to protect the paint.
The bottles are ready on time!
Put the bottles outside, fill them with water and try to bowl them over from a distance.
Who has won? Who has the least water in the bottles after 3 throws.
Today Eefje is the winner. She has beaten her big sister, YES !!! She is very happy.
Immediately we switch to the second round, the bottles are being refilled.
The snazzie ladies-team has a whole afternoon of fun outside, with a just couple of empty bottles. Great!
