food-colouring
an egg pricker

a long, thin needle

The eggs that hang in Easter twigs must not be too heavy, thetwigs will bend. Boiled eggs are therefore not suitable but empty eggs are. Therefore, we will blow out eggs.
Press an egg in one try on the pricker, prick both sides.
With the long needle you widen the tiny holes and poke the yolk.
Hold the straw to the egg, bowl beneath it, then blow hard!
Wash the eggs well, also on the inside and let them dry.
Measure a tablespoon of vinegar per glass.
Add a little food colouring to the glasses.
Fill the glasses up with boiling water and stir.
Slide the eggs gently into the water and leave them in for 30 minutes.
When you like the shade you let the eggs dry on a skewer.
Knot a thread and stick it with the large needle through the egg.
Tie a loop at the top end. The eggs are ready to hang on the Easter twigs!
