Sunny fruit jellies are easy peasy to make with the kids and they taste deliciously tangy-sweet. Buy the smoothie ready made or make it from oranges, mango and passion fruit.
How to make 4 fruit jellies
Soak the gelatin in cold water until soft, squeeze.
Pour the smoothie juice in a large saucepan.
Heat the juice gently on low heat.
Remove from the heat then add the gelatin.
Stir until the gelatin is dissolved.
Pour the jelly into glasses.
Allow the jelly to cool first.
Now place the jellies for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator to set
Scoop four sturdy balls of vanilla ice cream.
Put the ice cream on the jellies then serve immediately.
