8 slices serrano ham
1/2 bunch of arugula
4 tablespoons wine vinegar
8 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
Peaches are at their best in summer, so today we are making a delicious Spanish tapas dish, marinated peaches in serrano ham. You taste everything all at once, sweet, sour, salty, delicious. This tastes like summer!
How to make peach in serrano ham
Peel the peaches, cut in four pieces.
Put the olive oil, pepper and salt in a bowl.
Add the vinegar and stir to combine.
Cover the peaches with the marinade.
Place the bowl 15 minutes in the fridge.
Divide the arugula over a big platter.
Roll the peaches in the Serrano ham.
Place the rolls on the arugula and take a bowl outside.
Put cocktail sticks on the side and enjoy!
