Today we make gluten free quark (cottage cheese) buns with raisins. We use a Soya substitute for the cottage cheese because our mini-monster has a cow milk allergy as well, but you can of course use the real thing. The buns are just as tasty as originals, even with the fake cottage cheese, they are really delicious!
How to make cottage cheese buns with raisins
Soak the raisins for 5 minutes in warm water.
Put flour, baking powder, oil, egg, vanilla, cheese in the bowl.

Stir the raisins into the dough, try to divide them evenly.

Scoop balls on the baking tray.
Bake the buns in 25-30 minutes golden brown.
Dust the quark buns lightly with (icing) sugar.
Delicious with a cup of tea!
