Take 2 raw eggs and tap on top a fracture.

Break off the pieces around the top and empty the eggs.

Wash the eggs inside and out and dry them.

Pour a little water on the cotton wool, to make it moist not soaking wet.

Cress is available in various flavors, we chose broccoli cress.

Sprinkle a teaspoon cress seeds on the cotton wool in each egg.

Place the eggs in a bright spot, in the window for example.

On day 3 the seeds already germinate, cress grows super fast.

On day six the broccoli-cress has grown tall!

On day 7 you may cut the cress, tastes great on a cheese sandwich!
