Today we are showing you (and our little monsters) how to make a cardboard pull-string puppet. Puk has already made a wooden pull-string puppet at school, using a jigsaw. That puppet will last longer, but jigsawing is quite difficult, so we will do that another time. Do mind! The Stanley mes is not for kids!

Print the patterns and cut them all out

Trace the hare on the cardboard.
Cut out the hare using scissors.
Trace the arms and legs.
Cut them out.
Your hare is now complete.
Trace the inner ears and the little nose.
Trace belly and snout and cut them out
This is how your hare will look.
Glue on the loose parts.
Draw the eyes and let the glue dry.
Poke holes in arms and legs.
The first holes are for the split pins, so the arms and legs can move

Push the split pens into the hare.
Fold the pens open on the back.
Tips to knot the strings in exactly the right way
Tie the string loosely through the holes.
Tie a long string vertical onto the horizontal strings.
Tie a bead to the bottom of the pull string.
