Het kleine heelal (The little universe)

Het kleine heelal (The Little Universe) by author Annejan Mieras was already an appealing book for our monsters, partly because of its title. And after reading the synopsis, they were immediately hooked: we're going to read this book! A mysterious and secretive story, that's both funny and exciting? Yes, please!  

The fun little drawings at each chapter and the beautiful cover art were created by Dutch Illustrator Evelien Jagtman. This book was immediately chosen, among many others, partly because of the cover. 

We won't reveal anything about the story, just read it for yourself. Except that to funny and exciting you can also add surprising and moving. What a wonderful book, we -  young and older readers - were captivated by the story! (Sadly this story is not translated into English!)
