How to catch a Leprechaun

Ireland is a beautiful country in Europe, and the people are lovely, but oh, oh, on one day a year, it happens! Every year on March 17th, it's St. Patrick's Day in Ireland , a beautiful holiday with large fairs and parades. You see shamrocks everywhere, people wear green, and everyone is very happy.

If only the leprechauns didn't come out at night, each choosing a house to play their pranks on. What kind of pranks, you ask? Well, not such nice ones, extremely annoying ones! In the morning, your shoelaces have disappeared, and you quickly want to run outside! 

Just read this hilarious, colourful picture book, and you'll know all about it! Besides, the whole story is written in rhyme and the illustrations are super cute. We've been reading it aloud for a while now, and we always see happy faces when the book comes off the bookshelf.

The little monsters would love to go to Ireland, to experience this festive day for real, but we? Preferably not on March 17th!
