The Verhalenrijk books are very beautiful; nature always takes center stage. The illustrations are so charming, with the various animals that pop up on the way of Koen's travels. The stories are fun and lovely. Our little monsters love cool books about Ninja, Dog Man, and Space. But lucky for us, they also love the Verhalenrijk series; they also read with this book series at school.
The stories by children's author Monique van der Zanden are always delightful. This time, the beautiful illustrations are by illustrator Martine van Nieuwenhuyzen, and they're adorable! What a fantastic series for young readers, Verhalenrijk is; we highly recommend the books.
