Today we're baking kruidnootjes (Dutch gingerbread cookies) again. A birthday is coming up, and our little monster wants to treat his classmates with kruidnootjes, it's that time of year. It's perfect, because gingerbread nuts aren't unhealthy, and a few sweets are allowed ;)) Easy to make, quick to prepare, and beautifully wrapped, that'll bring lots of happy faces at school. (We've done this before).
