How to make last minute Mother's Day Petit fours
Beat the butter in the food processor until creamy
Our cream cheese is a little too cold, flatten it first then mix.
Add the food colouring to the food processor.
It does not become as evenly pink as we would like.
Then beat it briefly with the handheld mixer.
Spoon the buttercream into a piping bag.
Pipe buttercream rosettes onto the cookies.
Scatter sprinkles over the petit fours.
Your mum will be happy with these petit fours!
