Here's how to make such a funny figure
Cut out a yellow triangle.
Cut a black top hat.
Cut out a black bow tie.
Cut a large, round eye out of white.
Stick the eye on the yellow triangle.
Draw on the eye a pupil stripe.
Draw some lashes on the eyes as well.
Glue the hat on the top.
Stick the bow tie below the chin.
Stick blue fires on the hands.
Stick on the arms and legs.
Let the glue dry completely!
