Saint Patrick's Day is coming!

What do you need?
Round elastic cord
Scissors
Green wooden beads
Piece of green ribbon
Polymer clay
Heart cutter
Toothpick
small golden rings
Thin gold coloured necklace
a white suede lace

Today we're making jewelry with our little monsters; we're going to have fun stringing beads with them. We're making beautiful green bracelets for St. Patrick's Day. The older ones are makingshamrockss for them, out of polymer clay. The charms were originally meant to hang on the bracelets. But our little monsters prefer a matching necklace. Of course, that's also an option!

How to make St. Patrick's Dag bracelets and necklaces

String the beads onto the elastic.

Tie a double knot at the end..

Tie a robbon o0ver the knot.

Cut off the ends.

You can wear the bracelet as is or hang a shamrock charm on it
 
How to make the shamrocks

Knead the soft clay until it is smooth.

Cut our hearts en poke holes in 2.

Press the hearts together with a stem.

Bake the charms in the oven on 120°C for 15 minutes

Let the shamrocks cool completely. 

Push rings through the holes. and close them.

Slide a shamrock charm on a thin, gold coloured necklace.

Or slide the charm on a white suede lace.

Bear prefers an nice green ribbon.

Bear is right, the ribbon looks absolutely beautiful!
