150g raspberries
75g strawberries
1 tablespoon icing sugar
100 ml water

The weather is still very nice and with the raspberries from the garden you can make delicious mini ice lollies. If you do not have a garden nor a raspberry plant, buy them on the market. Add some strawberries and our mini monsters are happy!
How to make 6 mini freezies
Weigh the fruit.
Wash it, then drain it..
Add the icing sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Pour the fruit blend through the sieve.
Pour it into the molds.
Put on lids and place in the freezer.
Leave the freezies overnight in the freezer
The next day they are frozen.
Run the freezies under the hot tap.
Those freezies are yummie, we see only happy faces today!
