What do you need?

Ruler & pencil
A small saw and a miter box
Cardboard nail file
Little wooden plates
Wooden half-balls
Acrylic paint and paint brushes
Bison glue
Wooden skewer (for the white dots)
It is time for the autumn table again, and we are making tiny mushrooms. We saw small mushroom stems (2cm), sand and then paint them. We buy the mushroom caps ready-made. The links can be found under What do you need? The mushrooms are ready nice and quickly, but do let the paint and glue dry thoroughly.

How you make mini mushrooms

Mark the size of the stems.

Saw off the stems.

Sand both sawn off sides smooth.

Pierce the stems onto a needle.

Paint the stems white.

Allow the paint to dry well.

Meanwhile paint the 'hats'.

Let the paint dry well.

Paint white dots onto the red hats.

 Let the dots dry well.

Stick the stems under the hats.

Let the gue dry well again.

Find a nice spot for your toadstools on the Autumn Table.

Happy Autumn!
